Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, strategi, serta dampak content marketing terhadap perilaku konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dari jurnal ilmiah terbaru (2024\u20132026). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement, brand trust, dan purchase intention.<br>Kata kunci: Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Engagement, Brand Trust<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pendahuluan<br>Transformasi digital telah mengubah pendekatan pemasaran dari yang bersifat promosi langsung menjadi berbasis nilai (value-based marketing). Content marketing muncul sebagai solusi yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan konsumen modern yang lebih selektif terhadap informasi.<br>Content marketing memungkinkan perusahaan untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen melalui penyediaan informasi yang relevan dan bermanfaat. Strategi ini berbeda dengan pemasaran tradisional yang cenderung bersifat interruptive (mengganggu), karena content marketing lebih menekankan pada pendekatan edukatif dan informatif .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tinjauan Literatur<br>a. Definisi Content Marketing<br>Content marketing didefinisikan sebagai strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada pembuatan dan distribusi konten yang bernilai, relevan, dan konsisten untuk menarik serta mempertahankan audiens yang jelas, dengan tujuan mendorong tindakan yang menguntungkan .<br>Selain itu, content marketing juga dipahami sebagai proses penyampaian informasi yang bertujuan membangun kepercayaan dan hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen .<br>b. Karakteristik Content Marketing<br>Beberapa karakteristik utama content marketing meliputi:<br>\u2022 Value-driven content (konten bernilai)<br>\u2022 Audience-oriented<br>\u2022 Konsistensi publikasi<br>\u2022 Berbasis storytelling<br>Content marketing tidak hanya berfokus pada penjualan, tetapi juga pada edukasi dan solusi terhadap kebutuhan konsumen .<br>c. Perkembangan Content Marketing (2024\u20132026)<br>Perkembangan terbaru menunjukkan bahwa content marketing semakin terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital seperti AI dan data analytics. Selain itu, konsep co-creation antara brand dan konsumen juga menjadi tren penting .<br>Penelitian terbaru juga menegaskan bahwa content marketing merupakan bagian penting dalam ekosistem digital yang mencakup interaksi, distribusi, dan hasil berupa engagement serta hubungan jangka panjang .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peran Content Marketing dalam Bisnis<br>a. Meningkatkan Engagement<br>Content marketing terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement konsumen, terutama melalui kualitas konten visual dan relevansi informasi .<br>b.
